We ship from Hong Kong. Shipping times and rates will vary based on your location.

♻️ Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes — under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement where applicable.
